Vezenkov docks at Piraeus!

Olympiacos BC announces the signing of Sasa Vezenkov. The 23 year old forward will be signing a two year contract.

He was born in Limassol Cyprus on August 6, 1995 and is 2,06m. tall.

He took his first basketball steps with the APOEL academies. His family moved to Thessaloniki in 2009 and he joined the Aris BC adacemies. He made his debut with the professional League in the 2011-12 season, wearing the Thessaloniki team jersey, which he continued wearing through season 2014-15.

He "cashed" his impressive performances in 2015 signing a multi-year contract with Barcelona. He was drafted at no 57 by the Brooklyn Nets in 2017.

He's an international with the Bulgarian selection and a Greek citizen.
