Donaldas Kairys joins Olympiacos’ technical staff

Olympiacos BC has agreed with Donaldas Kairys to be the immediate associate of Kestutis Kemzura.

Donaldas Kairys was born on March 6, 1977 and is a former basketball player. During the two previous seasons, he won the Esthonian Championship with the capacity of Kalev/Cramo’s head coach.

He has been the head coach of ASK Riga (2008–2009), Dnipro-Azot (2011–2012), Tsmoki-Minsk (2013–2014), Czarni Slupsk (2014–2016) and Kalev/Cramo (2017–2019). He has also worked as an assistant coach with Khimki (2005–2006), Lietuvos rytas (2005-2006), the National team of Lithuania (2006–2010), CSKA Moscow (2007–2008), ASK Riga (2008), Lokomotiv Kuban (2011) and Dnipro-Azot (2012–2013).
