Sfairopoulos teaching…

A few days ago in Crete, Giannis Sfairopoulos opened the doors to the ‘reds’ practice so as the Cretan basketball coaches could get an insight to the way Olympiacos operates, while he got to talk to them for quite sometime later on answering their questions. 

The lesson became more ‘official’ in Istanbul, since the Turkish coaches’ Association has been holding a coaching seminar as a parallel activity to the international tournament Olympiacos is participating. 

 

TUBAD has asked from coach Sfairopoulos to participate as a speaker to the said seminar and the 50 year old coach was happy to accept, analyzing for more than 90 minutes the principles of the transition game. Following the end of the coach’s lecture, Giorgos Printezis and Vangelis Mantzaris got to answer the participants questions.

 

The Turkish basketball coaches’ Association presented coach Sfairopoulos and the two players with commemorative awards for their participating the clinic.
