LeDay: "I’m looking forward to playing with legendary players"! (vid)

Zach LeDay appeared to be excited and ready to add his new team mates to his extended family upon his arrival to Greece.

“I still haven’t seen anything from Greece, but I have heard some great stuff and I’m ready to play the hardest I can for Olympiacos. The history, the tradition and coach Blatt helped me a lot with my decision. The coach explained to me that he will be helping our careers advance. I’m looking forward to playing strong for him and my team mates”, the American center commented.

He went on to say: “I’d say it’s a big step in anyone’s career, not just mine. The history, the tradition… I’m really excited to be playing with legendary players. I will be learning a lot and we will be winning a lot of games”.

Talking about the team’s 6th player, he said: “The fans are awesome! They have a great tradition and they have showed me a lot of love on the social media, although I’m not that active in regard to them. However, from what I’ve seen, they truly support the team and I’m looking forward to playing for the ‘reds’ and leaving blood, sweat and tears on the floor”.

Finally, asked about this season’s goals, he replied: “Our goal for the season is win as many games as possible. Do whatever possible to win as many games as we can and as many trophies as we can. This has always been my goal. I’m here to have my team mates as my new family members and win as many games as possible”.
