With today’s decision, the Administrating Board of HEBA proceeded, in violation of the sports Law no. 2725/1999 to verify the League rankings, despite the pending decision of the Appeals’ Court for Sporting Disputes.

Olympiacos BC refuses to legalize any procedure that violates the sporting legislation and we state that we are about to take legal measures against every legal or physical entity responsible for said decision.
