One Team - The EuroLeague Corporate Social Responsibility Program

 

One Team is the official Corporate Social Responsibility program of the EuroLeague.
It was launched in 2012 with the participation of eight clubs: Olympiacos, Real Madrid, CSKA Moscow, Armani Milan, Unicaja Málaga, Anadolu Efes, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Alba Berlin.
Since then, the program has grown significantly and today One Team reaches approximately 23,000 people, directly and indirectly.

Program Purpose

Each club develops its own social program, aiming to support socially vulnerable groups facing issues of marginalization.
Basketball and sports in general is one of the most powerful means to communicate positive messages through joy, teamwork and play.

Olympiacos B.C. helps children and participants to:

  • develop their skills and abilities,
  • integrate smoothly into social groups,
  • feel like members of a team,
  • interact and collaborate with peers.

All program activities serve a dual purpose:
educating through targeted messages while offering joy and active participation.

Even during the pandemic, One Team continued online to ensure that participants remained connected to the program’s goals and values.
