One Team ended February with two activities, at the SEF and away
Olympiacos carried out two separate learning activities in the last weeks of February as part of the One Team program, offering students sports, knowledge, and unique teamwork experiences.
On Tuesday, February 17, at the 22nd Primary School of Piraeus, despite the rain, 6th-grade students actively participated in the One Team session at the school premises, setting new goals to improve their health.
The nutritionist of the Olympiacos Academies, Cleopatra Ketselidou, guided the students through interactive activities, creating the “perfect plate” and teaching them how to make healthy choices in their daily lives.
The discussion focused on four key pillars: nutrition and its benefits; proper training for both the body and the mind; rest and the importance of quality sleep for the body; and the particular nature of an athlete’s daily routine.
The students were divided into groups and took part in games, nutrition knowledge quizzes and puzzles, focusing on how they can achieve their goals through proper nutrition and healthy habits.
During the last week of February, One Team activity returned to the Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF). On Tuesday, February 24, the team “Ploes EPSYME” welcomed the team “KEEPEA Orizontes,” which had participated in the One Team program last year, for a celebratory 3x3 game with specially adapted rules.
The day was characterized by joy, cooperation, and team spirit, with the aim of participation and fun, while the students showcased their skills through fair play.
With smiles and a positive attitude, all participants proved that sports bring people together and offer unique moments. At the end, each team received medals, creating a strong sense of pride and excitement.
Both One Team activities combined sports, knowledge, and positive experiences, strengthening students’ cooperation, learning, and healthy lifestyle. The experience was one of strong enthusiasm and inspiration for the program’s upcoming activities.
