Brent Petway with One Team

Olympiacos BC, by means of the One Team Euroleague program (a unique program of social awareness which the club participates from the first moment of its implement) announces the beginning of support and collaboration with the Special Professional Skills Education Workshop of St. Demetrius.

This public school trains about 170 teenagers aged 14-16 years that are mentally challenged and try to obtain professional skills in certain areas that will allow them to live a normal life in the best possible manner.
Olympiacos BC, following the support and assistance offered during the previous two years to the Special Elementary School for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired of Argyroupolis, continues its effort as to the best possible incorporation to the society of troubled kids, always through sports and basketball.  

The program will begin in the following days included a number of activities during the whole season, with the participation of this season’s proud ambassador of the One Team program, Brent Petway. The American player has stated “It’s a great honor and joy to participate as an ambassador of my team the One Team program. I’m anxious to meet and come to the floor with all the kids that will participate the program and I promise them to share unique and great experiences. Basketball and sports are a unique fountain of strength and inspiration for everyone and I’m waiting for the kids with great joy!”
