Edward Arnett Johnson was born on May 1st, 1959 in Chicago Illinois and played in the magical world of the NBA for 17 years! Eddie graduated from the Illinois University and was drafted by the Kansas City Kings in the 1981 draft. Besides the Kings, he also played with the Phoenix Suns, the Seattle Supersonics, the Charlotte Hornets, the Indiana Pacers and the Huston Rockets. He retired from basketball in 1999 being at the time the 22nd scorer of all times for the NBA with 19.202 points!

In the 1994-95 season, he left the NBA magic for the Piraeus harbor. In the semi finals of the Zaragoza Final Four against Panathinaikos, Eddie captured the hearts of the fans even more, scoring in the last minutes four three-pointers and led Olympiacos to victory with a 57-52 against his eternal rival. He also won the Greek Championship with Olympiacos with a 3-2 record in the play-off finals. He averaged 21.2 p.p.g in the Euroleague, 5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 0.7 steals in 18 games, while in the Greek League he averaged 21.2 points, 5 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1 steal in 35 games.
