ΑΝNOUNCEMENT

In today's proceedings (which Olympiacos BC did not attend), the 2nd One Member First Instance Court of Athens decided that the vulgar statements by D. Giannakopoulos on June 7, 2024 publicly used (through Instagram) to attack our team, referees, the Greek Government, the Prime Minister, the President of the Hellenic Basketball federation and the former Deputy Minister of Sports do not constitute an act of provocation to violence!

We would like to think that said decision will not be considered to encourage repeating similar statements by members of the sporting community. 

Olympiacos BC does not lose faith in the Greek Justice system and will continue fighting against violence and those who serve it.
