ANNOUNCEMENT

With decision no. 37/31.03.2025, the Supreme Court of Sports (A.S.E.A.D.) rejected the appeal of D. Giannakopoulos, confirming the penalty of a one (1) month ban of physical presence at any arena, which was imposed on him for the defamatory post "Criminal Organization of Basketball" made during halftime of the basketball game between our team and K.A.E. Panathinaikos on 20.01.2025.

It is reminded that, in addition to the aforementioned penalty, there are still five more (5) months of banning him to be physically present at any arena out of the total twelve (12) months previously imposed on D. Giannakopoulos under decisions no. 108/12.06.2024, 114/19.06.2024, and 115/02.07.2024 of the M.D.O. of E.S.A.K.E.
