(a) The negotiations for a solution only took place between the legal representatives of both parties,

(b) The administrative leaders of the Club, Messrs. Panagiotis and Giorgos Angelopoulos have none whatsoever social or professional knowledge or contact with Mr. Sophocles Pilavios and all the more never authorized him to mediate in the said case and

(c) Mr. Sophocles Pilavios conducted the said negotiation only as the notarized attorney on the order of Mr. Thodoris Papaloukas.
