ANNOUNCEMENT

Olympiacos BC, with a document submitted on Friday, February 15, 2013 to the Athletic Prosecutor Mr. Korreas, which was also acknowledged to a) the Supreme District Attorney b) HEBA, c) the Athletic Judge and d) the Committee for Fair Paly, asks that a procedure of investigating and imposing the laws and regulations be initiated, against the owner and president of Panathinaikos BC Mr. D. Giannakopoulos in regard to his behavior towards the officials of the Olympiacos – Panathinaikos game held in the Peace and Friendship Stadium on February 4, 2013.

Olympiacos BC, with a document submitted on Friday, February 15, 2013 to the Athletic Prosecutor Mr. Korreas, which was also acknowledged to a) the Supreme District Attorney b) HEBA, c) the Athletic Judge and d) the Committee for Fair Paly, asks that a procedure of investigating and imposing the laws and regulations be initiated, against the owner and president of Panathinaikos BC Mr. D. Giannakopoulos in regard to his behavior towards the officials of the Olympiacos – Panathinaikos game held in the Peace and Friendship Stadium on February 4, 2013.

Copies of the additional reports of the officials to HEBA are attached to the aforementioned documentation, which precisely report everything that was told by Mr. D. Giannakopoulos: “What you have done today is a huge vagrancy, you should know that I have invented vagrancy and this will come back to you and I don’t care if you report what I’ve just told you”.
