Olympiacos BC today submitted with the Committee for the Professional Sports documentation and further evidence that show case the obvious virtual transfer of the Panathinaikos BC SA shares from D. Giannakopoulos.
With our report, which was notified to the Vice-Minister of Sports Stavros Kontonis, the immediate intervention of the CPS is expected so as to revoke the permit to transfer the shares and thus put a final end to the farce that has been taking place in the past few months in the faces of all the fans, athletes, executives, authorities and the State.
Acts of circumventing the laws, that have no other goal but to grant immunity and a free pass from punishment through virtual transfers and the mobilization of surrogate persons, should not be tolerated in any law abiding State.
