«One of the most important and great days of my life»

Dimitris Mavroeidis made his first statements as an Olympiacos player at Olympiacosbc.gr: “This is one of the most important and great days of my life. I came to one of the top European teams and it’s a great honor to be joining the European and Greek Champion. I know it’s going to be a very difficult task because expectations are going to be very high, but I can promise to work and give everything I got for the team to help maintain our status”.

The international center also spoke about the reason making him choose Olympiacos as the new station in his career: “I talked with coach Bartzokas and from the way he spoke to me, I realized that Olympiacos is out to build a Greek and European dynasty. A team that will be a protagonist for many years to come”.
