OFFICIAL STATEMENT

Olympiacos BC has filed a complaint today before the One Member Disciplinary Body of HEBA and before E.F.I.P., in regard with disciplinary measures need to be taken against the President of Panathinaikos BC Mr. D. Giannakopoulos, that is specifically:

A) His public statements on May 29, 2014, following the end of the third game of play-offs finals in OAKA between Olympiacos and Panathinaikos, as well as

B) Breach of the three months ban from appearing in any court Panathinaikos BC is playing at, imposed on him with the no. 38/30.05.2014 decision of the HEBA Jurisdiction Body.
