ANNOUNCEMENT
With today's decision, ASEAD completely validated the recent statements of the revoked D. Giannakopoulos in terms of the existence of "an Olympiacos system" and a "red controlling system" in the pure and impartial community of Greek basketball.
Without any new evidence or allegation whatsoever and judging by the same rules and regulations, the B' department of ASEAD decided to overturn the previous irrevocable decision of the C' Department of the same court (!) thus bypassing, in a unique manner in the chronicles of the sporting judicial system, the original decision that has to do with the implementation of the specific regulation of the Hellenic Basketball Federation.
It seems, that fifty five days were enough to convince the B' department of ASEAD that Pananthinaikos BC was the victim of a judicial error on behalf of the C' department of the same court.
