The person attached to the greatest successes of Greek basketball with development teams, is the new person in charge of the Olympiacos developmental program, in charge of the 'red's' Academies and all the competitive development teams.

Nikos Kerameas was in charge of the Academies and Development teams of Mandoulides for 21 years, winning one gold medal, one silver and one bronze in the World School Championships, while players like Kostas Sloukas, Dimitris Katsivelis, Sophocles Schortsanitis, Nikos Zisis, Charis Markopoulos and Andreas Christodoulou played under his guidance.  

In the ten years he spent in the bench of the minor National selections he celebrated winning three medals. The golden one in the 2002 Lithuania Eurobasket with the K20 National team, the silver on in the Slovenian Eurobasket of 1999 with the Junior National team and the silver one in the 2008 Eurobasket in Spain with the K18 National team.

Nikos Kerameas has own the Greek cup as the head coach of Aris in 1992, while being the immediate associate of Svi Serf when winning the Cup Winners Cup in 1993.
