Olympiacos BC has today presented HEBA with a registered petition, requiring the acquisition of copies of the contracts for the players and coaches of PANATHINAIKOS BC submitted with the League during the 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons.

Olympiacos BC has today presented HEBA with a registered petition, requiring the acquisition of copies of the contracts for the players and coaches of PANATHINAIKOS BC submitted with the League during the 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons.  

Olympiacos BC is obliged to proceed with this action following repeated ungratified rejections of the said request on behalf of the HEBA President and reserves the right to pursue any legal right whatsoever in case the requested copies are not delivered within two working days.
