Williams – Goss the first

Olympiacos has agreed on a three year contract with American guard Nigel Williams – Goss.

Nigel Williams-Goss, was born September 16, 1994 in Oregon, USA.

While at college, he played for Washington (2013-2015) and Gonzaga (2016-17). He was drafted at number 55 by the Utah Jazz in 2017 and began his professional career with Partizan in the same season. He won the Serbian Cup in 2018 with the Serbian team being the MVP of the competition.

In the Adriatic League, he averaged 32:20 minutes, 16.9 p.p.g (89.1% in free throws, 51.9% in 2p. and 46.2% in 3p.), 7 assists, 1.1 steals and 3.2 rebounds.

He averaged 29:22 minutes in the Serbian League, 19.6 p.p.g (92.1% in free throws, 54.4% in 2p. and 52.8% in 3p.), 8 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.3 steals.

In the Eurocup competition his averages were 30:12 minutes, 17 p.p.g. (85% in free throws, 48.8% in 2p. and 50% in threes), 6.7 assists, 1.6 steals and 2.8 rebounds.

In 2013, he won the gold medal in the U19 World Championship with the USA National Selection.
