The Olympiacos presidents Messrs. Panagiotis and Giorgos Angelopoulos met Monday afternoon (16/07) with Milan Tomic.

After ten years with the team’s technical staff, the legendary captain is leaving Piraeus.

Messrs. Angelopoulos made the following statement: “A semi-colon is being placed on a uniquely special chapter for Olympiacos, that one of Milan Tomic. After ten years of joint forces, it’s time our paths with an emblematic figure for the club come separate.
They say that whoever wants to have memories, they must live first and with Milan we have lived everything. We won the top in both Europe and Greece, we lived through moments that we are never going to forget, we wrote golden pages in the Club’s history book and Milan had always been there.
