A comfortable win over Zalgiris
Olympiacos bested Zalgiris 89-72 in a sold-out Peace and Friendship Stadium for the 10th round of the Euroleague, getting their 3rd back-to-back win for the competition.

Upping their defensive game, good ball movement and striking from the three-point line, Olympiacos set the tempo and running a partial 14-0, sent the difference sky-high to 15p. (42-27 at 19').
Our team closed the first half at +12 (43-31), but saw to completely dominate the 3rd quarter. A solid defensive game and with Isaiah Canaan unstoppable in offense, they furthered the distance to 20p. (69-49) at 29'. Zalgiris, however, did not give up the fight. They put pressure in defense, created problems for Olympiacos' front line, dropping the difference to 12p. (78-66) at 36'.
At that point, Giorgos Bartzokas brought Canaan, Fall and Peters back on the court, the 'red & whites' recovered on both sides (87-68 at 39') and got a comfortable win.
