Bartzokas: «We are excited for the playoffs» (vid)

Giorgos Bartzokas expressed his satisfaction with the fact that Olympiacos will compete for yet another year to make the Final Four. 

"It was a really representative game of what the Euroleague is all about. Since the end of October and until tonight each game had been a battle. The quality is high, the team tactics are excellent. The competition is among the toughest in the world. I'm grateful for the fans, the players, the coaching staff for everything we have accomplished and for qualifying for the playoffs. 22 wins during the regular season are a fantastic number for me. Everyone knows how many injuries we had to go through and how we got to navigate so many difficult situations. I want to remind everyone that last year we had won 24 games and finished in first place. We are now looking forward to the playoffs where we play Barcelona without the home court advantage we had enjoyed in the two previous seasons. Basketball though is the same everywhere. We must simply stay together, get in the best shape possible and fight for yet another time to make the Final 4. Congratulations to Fenerbahce and to Sarunas. They played a very good game".
