Bartzokas: «I want to thank our fans» (vid)

Olympiacos' coach, Giorgos Bartzokas, said to be proud of his players and the team fans, during his post-game statements.

"I want to express my appreciation for our fans that supported us. Unfortunately, we did not play the final. Now that a whole day has passed after the semifinal game, we can realize what it is we succeeded this season. I'm proud of my players. We played a bad first half against Real and that was enough to stop us from playing the final. Today it was a complicated game, with most players lacking motivation. Congratulations to Fener. They deserved to be here and I wish them all the best for what comes next".

And he finished with the following: "I would like to establish a culture with Olympiacos, that includes altruism and unity. Something more than talent and big budgets. I'm also happy to have been embraced by the fans. For all the sold-out games of the season and the support. Many people stayed to applaud the team. I'm happy for that".
