Milos Teodosic has once again been the great protagonist of the Cup game. He led Olympiacos to his first title after eight years time in 2010 and a year later, he did it again in the same gym.
The Serb guard was the top scorer and the MVP of the final that definitely bore his signature…
On winning the Cup: “It has been a great victory. It’s not important that I am the MVP, but rather that we are the Greek Cup Winners for the second year in a row. We have also proved that we can play great basketball. I wasn’t alone in the perimeter. There have also been Halperin, Gordon and Papaloukas who had an important role”.
On Barcelona’s interest: “I don’t know what you are telling me in regard to Barcelona. No one has approached me about that. I only read about it in the papers. I’m only interested in winning a Championship with Olympiacos. I hope that I will come to an agreement with the administration in the summer; that everything will be OK and I will stay with the team. Nevertheless, no matter what happens, Olympiacos will always be my second home”.
On the F-4 in Barcelona: “I haven’t watched the Euroleague Final Four. I was watching football on a foreign channel. I watched very little of the games at some point, but the truth is I had been very unhappy for not being there”.
