Mr. Panagiotis Angelopoulos, one of two Presidents of our team, talked:

For the game against Unicaja and the shaping of the group: "tonight's game is important because it's the beginning of the second round, we begin with a victory, we are first, tonight a lot of guests won in the group, so the ranking changes. As for the importance of the anniversary, it's really great, we honored some of the people that started up the history of Olympiacos with basketball, if you don't honor your history you have no future".

On how important these events are: "It's good, especially for young generations to learn. There are people who come to the gym, that wasn't coming to the gym in the '90s let's say, when I and my brother started coming. The new generations need to know what happened before hand".

On Olympiacos' goal: "We want the home court advantage, this is important, players don't think about other results when they play, anyway, one of the games was taking place in parallel with ours, but when you come after a break, these games, the ones that everyone thinks as easy, are the most dangerous to lose in your home court".

On how the game against Unicaja turned around: "We succeeded that through defense, shots weren't going in the basket in the first quarter, we had 1/10, if these shots were made we would have more points. I don't know what they talk about in the locker rooms, I think the coach spoke well and they came back determined to win the game. They read the opponent's weaknesses, our mistakes and they came in more determined".

On the presence of the fans: "The fans have now understood that the support they provide in critical moments, the fans that are here, and the number is not a small one, given the circumstances, helps a lot and it was a very good evening also in relation to the awards presented at half-time. It was a historical night".

On whether he thinks about the Madrid Final Four: "I think about Madrid, but I am told not to talk about Madrid before the quarter finals. So, let's aim to the quarter finals".
