Olympiacos BC, by means of the Social Awareness program, has hosted in the Peace and Friendship Stadium during the Thursday practice, the “St. Andreas” children institution that takes action in the area of Child Protection.

Kids among the ages of 3 and 12 that are hosted by the unit, were photographed together with the players of our team, got autographs and souvenirs from the Club, while they also had the chance to talk with the players and the coaches about basketball and sports.

The “St. Andreas” children’s institution hosts, educates and entertains kids that are without any parental protection and care. The Institution also aims at the normal introduction of the kids in society, either by returning them to their biological families or by placing them with foster care and later on, if conditions allow it, put them up for adoption. The Institution can host up to 32 kids.

Olympiacos Bc will be also hosting the children at the Saturday game against Kolossos Rhodes for the first play-offs round.
