The message of Panagiotis and Giorgos Angelopoulos for Olympiacos' 90th birtday

This day 90 years ago in the Piraeus alleys the greatest THRYLOS (i.e. LEGEND) of Greek Sports was being born.

Piraeus found its THRYLOS and THRYLOS found its harbor.  And it was thus the journey began. From the Piraeus sea to the glory waters. A journey full of excitement, unique moments that are the foundations for the evolution of the glorious history of Greece's most popular Club.

The laurel bearing teen was getting more glorious and dominant each passing year. But at the same time, remained an eternal teenager. League titles, Cups, medals and top notch accolades began decorating the clubs trophy cases and one golden page was written after another.

The color dominating all sports was red. Basketball could not have been the exception.

From the open gyms in Passalimani, Papastrateio, to the Peace and Friendship Stadium, to the top of Europe, to the first Triple Crown, to the Back to Back Euroleague titles and our glorious history will continue being written…

We grew up with Olympiacos. We have celebrated Thrylos, we have dreamed and shed tears with him. We will continue fighting for Olympiacos in our own way.
