"It only took five minutes to agree with the Presidents. Mutual trust and respect, common will and high goals that govern our relationship were the corner stone for the extension of our cooperation.

I would sincerely like to thank the Presidents Panagiotis and Giorgos Angelopoulos for honoring me with entrusting me with the welfare of one of the top teams in the history of European basketball.

On my turn, I would like to promise that I will be giving my best, together with everyone else on the team, to maintain Olympiacos at the top of both Greece and Europe".
