A taste of Cretan hospitality

A different lunch for the coaches and administrative staff of the four teams that participate the Crete 1st International Basketball Tournament.

Messrs. Kostas Vardavas (Heraklion Vice-Mayor), Manolis Roussakis (owner of Alfa Plus) and Babis Markakis (President of EKASK) showed everyone what Cretan hospitality is all about and hosted their guests at an amazing traditional establishment at the Heraklion suburbs.

The Olympiacos General Director Mr. Christos Stavropoulos thanked the organizers for the hospitality as well as the coaches and administrative staff of the Red Star, Anadolu Efes and Hapoel Jerusalem for their participation in this special tournament.

Mr. Stavropoulos gave all present a small gift from Olympiacos BC, before everyone tasted traditional Cretan cuisine.
