Five awards for Olympiacos
During a beautiful event for the Sports Marketing Awards 2017, organized by Boussias Communications and the Marketing Week magazine, Olympiacos BC got three Golden Awards and had two more projects acknowledged, which were materialized in collaboration with the team's Great Sponsor, OPAP SA.
Specifically, in the Sports Organizations category, Olympiacos BC was awarded the Golden trophy for the Digital Marketing category in terms of its presence as a total and its representation in all the electronic social media platforms, in the Merchandising/Licensing category for the innovative Olympiacos Official RoadStore, the first Motor Store, allowing all the fans that live outside of Piraeus to come closer to the team and in the Product/Experience category for the loyalty award program of the Olympiacos BC World Mastercard program.
Also, in collaboration with OPAP SA, the Golden Trophy was awarded for the Sports Media category in the Use of Creative Media unit for the Valentine's Day campaign featuring videos with Giorgos Printezis and Ioannis Papapetrou singing love songs and in the Use of Social Media category for all the videos published on the social media accounts of both organizations during the Istanbul Final Four. These awards follow the European ones Olympiacos BC has won during the last 6 years, winning top seed once, second seed twice and third place once by means of the Euroleague Marketing Awards.
