Letter to Bertomeu

On Sunday (11/11), Olympiacos BC addressed a letter to the Euroleague’s President and CEO Mr. Jordi Bertomeu, which informs him of the accusation made by Panathinaikos BC and Dimitris Giannakopoulos, slandering Olympiacos with bribery of the referees Mr. Paternico and Zamojski in view of the Panathinaikos – Olympiacos game for the 6th round of the Euroleague.

The letter, that was also sent to all the members of the Board, Olympiacos BC is asking from Mr. Bertomeu to bring back the penalties that had been imposed on Mr. Giannakopoulos according to article 8 of the Disciplinary Code and that a new disciplinary procedure is set forth in regard of his new actions according to article 42 of the same code.
