Printezis: «We want to finish the season with our heads up high»
The Olympiacos’ forward, Giorgos Printezis, talked about the important of tomorrow’s (26/03, 20.00 CET) game against Fenerbahce, for the 31st round of the Euroleague.
“It’s one more important game, against a team that’s in quite a good shape. We, as we have already said before, want to finish the season the strongest possible. We have a very few mathematical chances to advance, but this doesn’t mean we don’t want to finish the season with our heads up high. We want to be able to win a game like the one tomorrow, which is going to be quite difficult”.
He finished saying: “It’s not easy, however, it might be worse had we known that there was absolutely zero chance at advancing. There’s still motivation, definitely. But even if there wasn’t any chances for qualification, it is demanded that we give our best, win every game and finish the season in the best possible fashion, given the size of the club we play for”.
