Jean-Charles: «We have to find balance»

For Livio Jean-Charles, the word balance is the key in view of the road game against Red Star.

“We try not to get overly excited when we win and not lose morale when we lose. If we can maintain this balance throughout the season, it will be great” the French forward pointed out.

He went on to say that: “They may not have Unics’ athleticism, however, they play with mad intensity levels and have one of the best defenses in the Euroleague. There are many things we need to pay attention to and we need to remain really focused on both defense and offense”.  

About what it is that Olympiacos needs to do so as to get his third road win in a row, he once again invoked balance… “We have to find balance between fast break and set offensive plays, so as to not play their game. We have to play our game, in our own tempo and impose that from the start”.

Finally, asked if the ‘reds’ can win with both playing styles, whether scoring 90 points, or 65, he replied: “I don’t know if we are going to be able to score 90 points, but I believe we can win this game”.
