Lountzis: "We want our fans by our side"

Michalis Lountzis talked about tomorrow’s (01/04, 20.00 CET) game against Barcelona at the SEF.

“The season has been extremely well up to now. We have qualified for the playoffs, we have secured home court advantage and we are very happy about it. However, home court alone means nothing. Now the decisive playoff games are ahead, although we have one more regular season game against Barcelona. Barcelona is a very strong team and we are going to compete to win as always. In this effort, we want our fans by our side”.

Asked if he feels ready to take up more responsibilities due to possible absentees, he replied: “I try to be ready whenever I’m asked to help the team. If I need to get on the floor to play, I’ll get on the floor to play. I’m not thinking about anything else”.
