The Night Of The Legend: Τhe GALA (vid+pics)

Everyone was at the Gala that preceded “The Night of The Legend” to honor Vassilis Spanoulis.

“I have built an amazing relationship with the Presidents. I never tried to sell myself as a hard-core fan of the team I was serving, I tried with my work ethic, devotion and respect to win my place within the Olympiacos’ organization. I always had respect for everyone and this is what I’m going to keep doing. I’m proud for everything we have achieved with Olympiacos and blessed for this honor that has been bestowed on my by the Presidents and the Olympiacos’ family, to retire my jersey with such an event”.

Sasha Vezenkov was present at the GALA, surprising Vassilis Spanoulis. You can watch ‘Kill Bill’s’ reaction at the video that follows, as well as everything that the Sacramento Kings forward said about him. In the same video, Giorgos Printezis and Kostas Papanikolaou give apotheosis to V-Span.   

“It’s a great moment both for Spanoulis and Olympiacos”, was what the ‘red & whites’ coach, Giorgos Bartzokas, pointed out among everything else he had to say.

Panagiotis Giannakis, Ettore Messina, Christos Stavropoulos, Milan Tomic, Andreas Gkatzoulis, Giorgos Bogris, Vangelis Liolios, Demetris Diamantidis, Domna Michailidiou also got to talk (in order of appearance) about the great Vassilis Spanoulis.
